This weekend Derailed.cod4 went to the Atlanteam Lan#2 in Lille.
After beeing send to the lower-brackets after the group stages. The team performed really well. After succesfully getting into the lower-bracket final and taking on i5. They got to the Consolation final and had to take on CorteX gaming. and had to win best of 2 map's.
After both teams taking one map, a 3rd and descisive map had to be played. Wich Derailed.cod4 won.
The team attended Atlanteam Lan #2 with the following team:
Patrick 'woodz' Schaekels
Sidney 'SidelzZ' Desair
 Guillaume 'GuiGui' Teyre
Jérem 'slav' Piatek
Arnaud 'Arno' Gautier
Team captain Patrick 'woodz' Schaekels had the following to say:
"It was a funny lan. The team didn't excpect to win cause we didn't train that much. It was also the first time The whole team met each other in real life. Which was quite exciting. I think i may conclude that overall the weekend was succesfull."
We at derailed wich the team good luck in theire next lan appearence wich will be the: Lan 79 in Bressuire (France). |

We've been searching for a Counter-Stike:Source team for sometime now, and after having talks and negotiations with madri I can announce that we are happy to let this team play under the Derailed name, the new lineup comes from the Danish organisation Disconected Gaming. Though the team is still relatively new and unknown in the competitive scene, the team are confident that they will be able to supprise some teams in upcoming events such as CB Open Cup and future LAN events SLAP Live, The Experience and The Blast.
We are proud to announce our new Counter-Strike:Source lineup.

Statement from Team Captain Mads 'madri' Nielsen
We're very happy to find this great chance to show, who we are. We find this organisation very interesting, because of the big activity and professionalism they've showed us so far.
We want to show them that we can take care of the big expectations there is over us right now. We are looking very much forward to the future partnership between us and the derailed management.
Statement from CEO Kyle 'vTy' Ellis
As most people know over the past 2 months we've been looking for a Counter-Strike:Source team that would meet all of our requirements and I believe that today we have found that team, all members live in the same city, which makes boot-camping a lot easier the team are also really close loyal friends so we know that the team is going to be around for sometime. A concern of ours was that the team was still unknown and new but they proved to us that they have the potential we where looking for, we at Derailed believe that the team can become one of the top teams in Denmark, easily top 3 by the end of the year.
The team joins us without a team manager, so untill a suitable candidate has been chosen I personally will be filling in as Counter-Strike:Source Manager.
We look forward to seeing the team compete in upcoming tournaments and we wish them all the best

Today we are announcing the removal off Flavien 'Nrk' Leroy from our Call of Duty 4 team. Nrk has lost all interest in the game, and due to the fact he was lacking time to play aswell he wasn't a valuable asset to the team anymore. The team descided to look for a suitable fifth player to complete theire five man line up. The team came into contact with Sidney 'SidelzZ' Desair, and soon realised that Sidney was the man they needed to complete theire line up.
The derailed.cod4 line up is now:

"i'm proud to annonce the arrival off SidelzZ in derailed.cod4 squad. After the departure of Flavien "nrk" Leroy from the lineup, because of a lack of time and motivation, we were searching for a scope, we decided to pick Sidney because of his history and experience in Call of Duty 4. I wish him and all the rest of the CoD4 squad the best of luck, i'd also like to thank Flavien for his time in team and to wish him good luck in the future. Our first offline event will be atlanteam lan in the end of feb which we'll attend with sidney."
